This hotel is a fuss-free option. Its main advantages are the location, the clean and comfortable room and efficient man

Neat, good beds and large windows. My stay was fuss-free and smooth.

The wardrobe was not a real wardrobe but just a space behind a sliding panel. The staff were efficient but not friendly. I arranged for late checkout the night before but at checkout time the desk called and did not know about my late checkout arrangement.

Close to public transport; quiet; courteous and helpful staff; 24h gym

Breakfast seemed expensive (did not opt for it); limited breakfast options around hotel; glass doors in the room slides open to the exterior even in high floors (sleepwalkers beware)

The hotel is great, the customer service is amazing, the location is spot on, close to the metro station and walking distance from loads of restaurants.

A solid hotel experience for what I paid!

The room was very clean and the free Wifi was very fast. They would leave 2 x free bottles of water every day once they had cleaned my room which I appreciated. Staff were helpful and friendly, they would often book taxis on my behalf or suggest places to eat with a printed map. They gave a 20% discount at their coffee shop next door which was a nice touch. The Hotel location was on a main road but it was a 3 minute walk to Yangjae Station which was very convenient.

The hotel gym wasn't very good. Small room with a lack of equipment, cheap bench which made me feel worried it would break. The dumbells had all the weight info scratched off so i couldn't tell what i was lifting. The breakfast was OK, I was paying around 19,000 KW / $14 USD per day and the quality wasn't great. The food had been out for a while each day and you could taste it.

Perfect location for my work. So close to metro station and shops. Very courteous and helpful front desk. Currency exchange facility was a bonus.

Wonderful

Room was very clean and the personal was very friendly. You can store your bagage after you checked out. The place is a little 20 min walk of gang nam Station where are a lot of shops en dinner places.

Small place but pleasant stay

The bathroom including the bathup was clean. The mattress was comfortable and the view of th city was great. The location is good, you have the metro station around 300mts from the place.

The personnel doesn't speak english so well if you compare with other hotels on this price range. The rooms are not so big, so openning a full luggage inside was a bit of a challenge. I think overally it can be a bit overprice.

My South Korean Trip

The place is clean and accessible to the subway. It is very clean and staffs are accommodating.

That in winter time, you can not control the temperature of the air-conditioning of the room. I want the room to be cold but I don't want to open the windows. My first 2 days were really warm to hot, which I don't like.

Great place to stay, despite some minor shortfalls.

The location was great as it was very near to bus and subway stations. The room was clean and modern and was very quiet despite being on a main street. The cost per night is very good value.

The refrigerator is much too small for any real use. The bathroom and bedroom are separated by a glass wall. Though there is a venetian blind on the glass wall, the bedroom would still light up when the bathroom light is turned on. This would disturb the sleep of my spouse and visa versa. Suggest the glass wall be provided with 100% blackout curtains.The bath towels are very worn and torn; all should be replaced. We stayed a total of 19 days - on the last day, we wanted to extend our check out time by 3 hours - however, we were requested to pay an hourly rate - I thought the hotel should have made the 3 hours complimentary due to our 19 days stay.

Good view and friendly service. Everyday cleaning if you need it. There are two subways nearby, a lot of places to eat. Breakfasts and lunches are pretty expensive, but they have a lot of food.
